Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth, particularly within the nutraceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong pipelines, executing strategic outreach, and converting prospects into long-term clients through disciplined follow-ups and effective relationship management.

We Offer:

  • Basic Salary
  • Incentive Plan: 1 month of basic salary for every successfully converted job (from qualified leads)
  • Yearly Performance Bonus: 1–12 months salary, based on performance (paid in the first quarter of each year)
  • Working Hours : 5 working days per week
  • 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Key Responsibilities

1. Targeted Lead Identification

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential client companies (e.g., nutraceutical contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and other online tools
  • Identify high-potential sales and business development candidates within the nutraceutical sector aligned with client requirements
  • Maintain and expand the lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and candidate information

2. Strategic Outreach & Engagement

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and candidates within the nutraceutical industry
  • Personalize communications to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities
  • Nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups to build long-term partnerships that lead to successful placements

3. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and assess their suitability for our recruitment services
  • Manage the lead qualification process to ensure alignment with our business model
  • Use Zoho Recruit to manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and coordinate client-candidate meetings
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment experience from initial contact through placement

4. Market Research & Job Sourcing

  • Stay updated on trends and developments within the nutraceutical industry
  • Identify live job opportunities on platforms such as LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
  • Source relevant job openings and match them with qualified candidates in our database
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine recruitment strategies

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze lead generation effectiveness using Zoho CRM reporting tools
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, response times, and lead quality
  • Continuously refine outreach and sourcing strategies using industry best practices
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance recruitment performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development (Recruitment, Pharma, Software, or related sectors preferred)
  • Strong hunting mindset with proven new client acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and client onboarding.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable working in US EST time zone (8.00AM to 5.00PM)
