Join Blaze Automation, a global IoT engineering and manufacturing company building innovative solutions for smart building, smart factory, energy and water management applications. We work with OEMs worldwide to deliver end-to-end product design, development, and manufacturing services.

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive who can identify and engage with potential customers, partners, and OEMs in the IoT ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Research and identify potential leads across target markets and industries
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research
• Qualify prospects and pass high-potential opportunities to the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and account information in CRM tools
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve outreach effectiveness
• Follow up with prospects (because most deals are in the follow-up!)
• Track lead generation activity and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends, target accounts, and competitors

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales
• Accustomed to using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Comfort using LinkedIn, email outreach, and internet research tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Good to have:

Interest or exposure to B2B sales, IoT, electronics, or engineering services

Understanding of sales funnels and outbound prospecting

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
