Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective customers and understand their holiday and lifestyle needs.
• Present and promote Club Mahindra membership plans to potential customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations through appointments and events.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate business through referrals, self-sourcing, and existing customer networks.
• Guide new members through their Club Mahindra holiday experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Telecom, Real Estate, Timeshare, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Willingness to meet customers and attend promotional events.
