Lead Generation Executive (Cold Calling IT Services & Products)
We are a fast-growing software product and service-oriented company looking for a Lead Generation Executive with strong cold calling expertise. This role is ideal for professionals from AR Calling, Tele calling, or Outbound Sales backgrounds who are confident in high-volume calling and customer engagement.
Cold calling is the primary responsibility of this role, supported by database harvesting and email marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform consistent outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads
- Engage prospects professionally to understand business needs and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
- Conduct database harvesting from online platforms, directories, and internal sources
- Execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation efforts
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and lead targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 2.5 years experience in AR Calling, Tele calling, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
- Strong experience in cold calling (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken English communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking systems is an advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets
- Basic knowledge of IT services/products is a plus (training will be provided)
