Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 25 Years

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Lead Generation Caller to identify, connect with, and qualify potential leads (schools, colleges, parents, or students) through outbound calling. The role focuses on generating quality leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases
  • Explain Inupgro's products and services clearly and professionally
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals
  • Handle basic queries and objections from prospects
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Hinglish preferred)
  • Confident phone presence and persuasive skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
  • Experience in EdTech, Education, or B2B calling
  • Immediate joiners preferred
