What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closure
- Generate account-based leads using LinkedIn and other channels
- Run cold calls, cold emails, and cold outreach on LinkedIn
- Follow up, reactivate dormant leads, and pitch to decision-makers
- Log all activity in CRM and report pipeline metrics weekly
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Based B2B Sales, preferably in Healthcare
- Excellent communication
- Data-driven, go-getter mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM and sales tools HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zoho
- Strong objection handling can take a no and still push forward
- Self-motivated and startup-ready no hand-holding
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to HR, Admin, or EHS-facing sales
- Understanding of Factories Act or corporate wellness programs
