  • Regional communication; account handling across Tamil Nadu's industrial markets
  • Regional communication; account handling in Maharashtra's MIDC clusters — Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad
  • Regional communication; account handling with Bengaluru / Karnataka-based corporates

What You'll Do

  1. Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closure
  2. Generate account-based leads using LinkedIn and other channels
  3. Run cold calls, cold emails, and cold outreach on LinkedIn
  4. Follow up, reactivate dormant leads, and pitch to decision-makers
  5. Log all activity in CRM and report pipeline metrics weekly

What We're Looking For

  1. 2–4 years of experience in Account Based B2B Sales, preferably in Healthcare
  2. Excellent communication
  3. Data-driven, go-getter mindset.
  4. Comfortable with CRM and sales tools HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zoho
  5. Strong objection handling can take a no and still push forward
  6. Self-motivated and startup-ready no hand-holding

Good to Have

  • Prior exposure to HR, Admin, or EHS-facing sales
  • Understanding of Factories Act or corporate wellness programs
