About the job

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales for the service industry, be fluent in English, and have hands-on experience with the latest lead generation and sales engagement tools. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, supporting proposal development, and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads in targeted industries and regions.
  • Use tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.io to extract and verify contact details.
  • Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects.

Sales Development:

  • Initiate contact through personalised emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.
  • Schedule meetings.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Regular follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement throughout the sales process.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning based on lead quality and conversion performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in the sales industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred
