We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales for the service industry, be fluent in English, and have hands-on experience with the latest lead generation and sales engagement tools. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, supporting proposal development, and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads in targeted industries and regions.
- Use tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.io to extract and verify contact details.
- Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects.
Sales Development:
- Initiate contact through personalised emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.
- Schedule meetings.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and opportunities.
- Regular follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement throughout the sales process.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning based on lead quality and conversion performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in the sales industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred
