This is a full-time, on-site role for Lead Generation in a Blended Process at Crescendo Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads through market research, outreach, and other strategies. The role involves conducting detailed market analysis to uncover opportunities, establishing initial communication with potential clients, and assisting in the sales process to convert leads into clients. The selected candidate will engage in strategic lead generation campaigns and maintain accurate records of lead data to support business growth.

• Proven experience in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Strong skills in market research and analysis to identify trends and potential client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective outreach
• Sales acumen and the ability to assist in converting leads into successful business relationships
• Past experience in similar roles or industries, and understanding of the target market are advantageous
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining lead records
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
