Key Responsibilities
- Front-end communication with decision-makers, including C-level, directors, and managers, to identify sales opportunities
- Lead generation through calls, email outreach, and prospect follow-up
- Inside sales and marketing support, including qualification of leads and appointment scheduling
- Identify new business opportunities and prospective customer segments through research
- Apply a consultative and solutions-based approach while interacting with prospects
- Conduct market research and profiling to qualify and prioritise leads
- Maintain CRM updates and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
