Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation and Sales Executive

Location: On site, Chennai

Salary: 45,000 to 50,000 per month

Start Date: Immediate

We are hiring a full time Lead Gen and Sales Executive to join our team. If you have solid experience generating leads and closing sales for construction based companies, keep reading. We want someone who knows exactly how to talk to UK clients, can handle their communication style, and has the confidence to take full ownership of the sales pipeline.

What you will do

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for UK based construction clients

Run outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow ups that actually convert

Understand UK buyer behaviour and use the right sales tactics to close deals

Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and progress

Take full responsibility for hitting weekly and monthly targets

Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handover of closed clients

Maintain a high standard of communication that matches UK business expectations

What we expect from you

Must have experience in lead generation and sales specifically for construction or trade based companies

Must have prior experience working with UK clients

Strong communication skills and neutral accent

Confident on calls, calm under pressure, and able to think on your feet

Someone who does not wait for instructions and knows how to find solutions

A disciplined work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

Solid understanding of how UK construction clients make decisions

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
