Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Lead Generation and Sales Executive for our New Delhi office. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies, prepare sales presentations, and maintain records in the CRM system. The role requires proactive communication and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in lead generation, client prospecting, and market research
  • Client relationship management and effective communication skills
  • Sales planning, negotiation, and deal-closure expertise
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience within the fragrance, luxury, or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
