The Why Behind This Role
We are not looking for someone to manually browse LinkedIn all day. We are looking for a Data Architect of the Sales Funnel. At Singhwal Techlaw, we operate at the intersection of high-stakes Intellectual Property and cutting-edge corporate strategy. We need a specialist who can build an automated, cost-effective lead engine that moves data from technical sources (like Patent databases) through sophisticated enrichment tools and directly into our CRM with 98% accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect the Lead Flow: Design and maintain automated workflows that move data through various stages: Scraping Enrichment Verification CRM Injection.
- Tool Stack Optimization: You will be our internal consultant on sales-tech. You'll identify, test, and recommend the right mix of tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, etc.) to ensure we get the highest quality data at the lowest possible cost per lead.
- Technical Scraping & Sourcing: Use specialized tools to extract data from LinkedIn, company websites, and industry-specific directories where standard B2B databases fall short.
- Collaborative Intelligence: Work closely with our Patent Analysts to understand Technical Triggers (filing trends, grant rates) and map that data to the right corporate decision-makers (General Counsel, VPs of R&D, Innovation Leads).
- CRM Engineering & Hygiene: Own the Source of Truth. You will manage data mapping, custom fields, and deduplication within our CRM to ensure the sales team has perfect context for every lead.
The Ideal Profile
- The Tool Expert: You have deep experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Waterfall enrichment tools like Clay or Dropcontact. * The Cost-Optimizer: You hate wasting API credits. You know how to build lean workflows that maximize data quality while minimizing monthly subscriptions and usage costs.
- The Logic Thinker: You are comfortable with If/Then logic, Regex, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data normalization.
- The Corporate Navigator: You understand how global corporations are structured and can identify which subsidiary or department holds the IP budget.
- CRM Proficiency: You have experience managing data imports and field mapping in CRMs like Zoho, etc.
