Job Title: Lead Generation & Recruitment Business Development Specialist (Freelance)

Location: Remote within India

Role:

As a Lead Generation & Recruitment BD Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying and nurturing high-quality leads for the Lifelancer platform and our recruitment services. Your primary focus will be on generating leads through LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, CRM, and proactive calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Use various channels, including email campaigns, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and direct calling, to identify and generate high-quality leads for the Lifelancer platform, recruitment and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up, understanding their recruitment challenges, and positioning Lifelancer as a solution provider.

Pitching Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Lifelancer platform & recruitment services to potential clients and tailor your approach to their specific needs.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and client information within our CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our recruitment service & technical teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain a consistent approach to client engagement.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics in the Indian, UK, and USA markets to identify potential clients and their staffing needs, mainly within the Life Sciences Industry (pharma, biotech & healthcare)

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and market insights to the management team.

Essential Qualification

  • Proven track record of online lead generation
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and proactive calling for lead generation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the above domains & tools.
  • Ability to generate 10-20 qualified leads per week.
  • Good understanding and experience in digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in the India, UK, and USA recruitment or RPO industry is a significant advantage, preferably within the lead generation & BD domains
  • Experience in a similar role in Life Science or Pharma recruitment is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences etc. is preferred
