Key Responsibilities- Handle IndiaMART inquiries (call, WhatsApp, email)
- Regular follow-ups with prospects until closure
- Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn,other sources too
- Send connection requests & professional follow-up messages
- Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheets
- Coordinate quotations, samples, and client requirements
Must-Have Skills- Fluent English communication (mandatory)
- Confident on phone & video calls
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn & IndiaMART
- Good follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have- B2B sales experience
- Export / industrial product exposure
- CRM experience
