Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Lead Generalist HR - US Support. The role involves managing human resources operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and facilitating effective benefits administration. Responsibilities include developing and upholding HR strategies, addressing employee queries, managing compliance, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and foundational HR operations
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and experience in formulating, implementing, and adhering to organizational policies
- Strong experience in Employee Benefits management and Benefits Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
- Prior experience working in or supporting US HR processes preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous
