We are Hiring: Lead Generation Executive (Offline Networking – B2B PR Agency)

Location: Delhi (on Site)

Overview:

A Lead Generation Executive in a B2B PR agency focuses on identifying and acquiring potential business clients through offline networking strategies. The role involves attending industry events, building relationships, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for PR services such as media relations, branding, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Lead Generation & Networking

Attend industry events, trade shows, business meetups, and conferences

Actively network with decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, founders, marketing heads)

Collect and qualify leads through face-to-face interactions

Represent the agency professionally at all times

2. Relationship Building

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

Build long-term connections within industry ecosystems

Follow up with prospects after events via calls or meetings

3. Prospect Identification & Research

Identify target industries (startups, corporates, SMEs) needing PR services

Research companies and key stakeholders before networking events

Maintain a database of prospects and contacts

4. Lead Qualification

Evaluate leads based on:

Budget

PR needs

Decision-making authority

Timeline

Ensure only high-quality leads are passed to the sales team

5. Sales Coordination

Schedule meetings between prospects and senior PR consultants

Brief internal teams about client expectations and requirements

Assist in preparing pitch decks or proposals if needed

6. Database & CRM Management

Maintain updated records of leads in CRM tools or spreadsheets

Track interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status

Generate reports on lead generation performance

7. Brand Representation

Promote agency services (media coverage, reputation management, crisis PR, etc.)

Clearly communicate the agency's value proposition

Act as the face of the company in offline environments

8. Market Intelligence

Gather insights on competitors and industry trends

Identify new opportunities for PR services

Share feedback from prospects with internal teams

Required Skills

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent networking ability and confidence in face-to-face interactions

Basic understanding of PR, media, and branding services

Ability to pitch services convincingly

Good organizational and follow-up skills

Familiarity with CRM tools (optional but preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

0–3 years of experience (entry-level to mid-level)

Experience in sales, PR, or event networking is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified leads generated

Conversion rate (lead → meeting → client)

Number of networking events attended

Revenue contribution from generated leads

Follow-up efficiency and response rate

Typical Work Environment

Frequent travel for events and meetings
