We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Lead GenAI Engineer to architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI systems on AWS.

About the Role

This is a leadership role focused on owning the architecture and deployment of advanced Generative AI platforms entirely on AWS. The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and build scalable AI systems using cloud-native services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end GenAI systems from data ingestion to deployment and observability

• Build and scale GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker JumpStart, and OpenSearch Serverless

• Drive technical direction for RAG architectures including GraphRAG and multi-agent orchestration

• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists through design discussions and code reviews

• Optimize GenAI infrastructure costs through token management, caching, and throughput planning

• Ensure enterprise-grade AWS security and compliance using IAM, KMS, and VPC best practices

Required Skills

7–9 years in Software Engineering / ML / Data Science

1–2+ years in Technical Lead or Architect role

2+ years deploying GenAI products into production

Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Bedrock & SageMaker

Python, FastAPI, boto3

Terraform / AWS CDK

LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentic Workflows

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
