We are hiring an Lead (Generative AI) for a leading global consulting and commercial analytics & technology organization working on innovative AI-powered solutions across diverse business domains.

Location:- Pune, Gurugram

Experience:- 6–9 Years

Work Mode:- Hybrid

Education:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Python. The role involves designing, developing and deploying scalable AI solutions while working with cloud platforms, modern AI frameworks and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI/ML, cloud and application development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:-

Generative AI / LLMs – OpenAI/GPT, Hugging Face

RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Python – Strong programming experience

LangChain / LlamaIndex

Cloud – Azure / AWS

DevOps – Git, Terraform & cloud-based DevOps

AI/ML – NLP, text summarization, data processing & feature extraction

Full Stack Exposure – Python

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop, test and deploy AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs

Build and implement scalable RAG-based AI applications

Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy and scalability

Work with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features

Apply modern AI/ML methodologies to solve complex business problems

Contribute to continuous innovation across Generative AI and emerging technologies
