About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer to work on enterprise-scale applications for a global client.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, architecture participation, cloud experience, and team mentoring.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong Java & Spring Boot
• Hands-on React.js
• Strong Microservices & REST APIs
• Production experience with AWS
• Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture
• Strong SQL/database experience
• Git and CI/CD
• Docker/containerization
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience leading technical design, code reviews, and mentoring developers

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and event-driven services.
• Develop and deploy applications on AWS.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
