Lead Full Stack Engineer (React/Node/AWS)

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Lead Full Stack Engineer (React/Node/AWS) role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams, translating requirements into technical designs, implementing features, reviewing code, and mentoring engineers. The role will involve architecting and optimizing services on AWS, integrating third-party APIs, managing CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring application reliability. The Lead Engineer will also uphold engineering best practices, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape the overall technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience with serverless architecture - AWS Lambda
• Strong front-end engineering skills, including Front-End Development, React (or similar modern frameworks), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Robust back-end expertise, including Back-End Web Development, Node.js (or equivalent), and experience designing RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (or similar cloud platforms), including deploying, securing, and monitoring web services.
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and make sound architectural decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
