Lead Full Stack Engineer - Python, Node.Js and JavaScript

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review of requirements and/or systems analysis documents for completeness
• Creation/involvement in documented designs following agreed to design patterns and standards
• Perform Coding and unit testing independently and assist/mentor his team members whenever required
• Adherence to coding standards
• Communicate effectively with other engineers/ QE and onshore team
• Support the QE team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, clarifications
• Fully encourage and facilitate high quality code through of support QE team efforts including but not limited to mentoring, assistance, and writing/executing automation tests as needed
• Working with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activities
• Adhere to proper use of source control
• Ensure delivery of technical artifacts for each project
• Mentor developers on technology and application knowledge as needed
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (16+ years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 8+ years of experience working with expertise in Angular, React, or any similar JavaScript framework/library
• Proven experience in building services using Fast API
• Solid expertise in Node.js or Python
• Security & Compliance
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, RBAC, session management, and logging
• DevOps
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configuration

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI/ML
  • Experience in developing AI-driven applications using Generative AI tools
  • Understanding of AI/ML integration concepts (e.g., model inference APIs, latency vs. batch processing trade-offs)
• Industry Preference
  • Experience in the Healthcare domain
