Lead Full Stack Engineer (57 Years Experience)

Department: Core Engineering

Reports To: Head of Engineering

Location: Onsite

We are looking for a high-ownership, startup-minded Lead Full Stack Engineer who is a builder at heart. This is not a task-execution role. We need someone who can take ideas from concept to production, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced product environment.

Experienced in leading and mentoring engineers

Architect and build scalable web applications end-to-end

Lead feature development from design through deployment

Define backend and frontend architecture standards

Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices

Identify and prevent technical debt

Develop frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript

Build backend services using Node.js and Express.js

Design and implement RESTful APIs

Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code

Optimize applications for performance and reliability

Implement and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions

Work with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect protocols

Integrate with Identity Providers such as Keycloak, Auth0, Azure AD or similar

Handle JWT tokens and secure API authentication flows

Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Optimize queries and database performance

Design scalable schemas aligned with application growth

Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

Participate in sprint planning and technical estimations

Raise the overall engineering standard of the team

Drive accountability and ownership culture

57 years of professional full stack development experience

Minimum 12 years in a senior or lead engineering role

Proven experience shipping production systems

Experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
