Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET and Angular) role based in Noida. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, reviewing code, defining technical solutions and architecture, and collaborating with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will also troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing systems, and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Additionally, this role involves mentoring team members, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Kafka, Database (SQL,MongoDB). • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible. • Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns. • Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA. • Understanding of cloud technologies GCP and DevOps principles. 

• Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. • Knowledge of agile development methodologies. • Familiarity with developing accessible technologies. • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf • Dedicated to diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
