Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in architecting end-to-end solutions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full stack applications using React and Python (FastAPI)
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using microservices architecture
- Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services
- Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces with modern UI/UX frameworks
- Implement efficient state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, performance optimization, and security
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
- Handle real-time communication using WebSockets and async programming
Requirements
- Strong expertise in React (must-have)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with modern UI libraries/frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON integration
- Strong experience in Python (mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in FastAPI (mandatory)
- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with asynchronous programming and WebSockets
Desirable
- Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
