Capgemini is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, API design, microservices, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Build reusable, responsive UI components and robust RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Support CI/CD implementation and Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API).
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Preferred Skills
- Cloud-native application development.
- Containerization and modern deployment practices.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
