Job Summary
We are hiring a
Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the development of a cutting-edge
AI-powered data platform built on modern cloud-native architecture.
This role involves working across
backend (Python/Django), frontend (React), cloud infrastructure (AWS + Kubernetes), and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) to build scalable, intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python Django REST Framework
- Lead frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries
- Architect and build microservices-based systems with strong API contracts
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS (S3, EKS, Lambda, SQS, RDS, CloudWatch)
- Work on containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS) and CI/CD pipelines
- Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangChain / LangGraph / Agno
- Build RAG pipelines and agent orchestration systems with vector databases (pgvector)
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate ML pipelines and data workflows
- Implement event-driven architectures (Kafka/SQS)
- Ensure system scalability, observability, and performance optimization
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor team members
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python, Django, React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized deployments
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL NoSQL databases
- Exposure to LangChain / LangGraph / AI Agents / RAG pipelines
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline)
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Airflow / Dagster (data pipelines)
- Knowledge of ETL tools (DBT, Fivetran, Informatica, Matillion)
- Experience with Kafka / Spark Streaming
- Familiarity with Iceberg data lakes / metadata systems
- Experience building SaaS products
