Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead Full Stack with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to architect, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable web applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

Build scalable REST APIs and microservices (ExpressJS/MoleculerJS)

Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams

Drive code quality, performance optimization, and best practices

• Contribute to cloud deployment and monitoring using AWS (EC2, SES, SNS)
• Implement automated testing (Jest) and follow Agile practices

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

4+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript

Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Strong understanding of Git and Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience with NestJS

• Experience with Next.js
