Lead - Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are a fast-growing startup building a smart vending & subscription platform.

Looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Developer (3+ years experience).

You will own architecture decisions and mentor junior developers.

Ideal for someone who enjoys coding, leadership, and building products end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Own backend & frontend architecture decisions.

Design and implement scalable APIs using FastAPI.

Define database schema and data models.

Build reusable frontend components using React.js.

Architect and oversee cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android).

Review code and mentor junior developers.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance best practices.

Manage CI/CD and cloud deployments (AWS/Render/Vercel).

Technical Skills Required

3+ years experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred).

Strong proficiency in React.js.

Experience building cross-platform mobile apps (React Native / Flutter).

Solid understanding of REST APIs. Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Understanding of authentication & authorization.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Good to Have

Experience with IoT integrations (MQTT/WebSockets).

Payment gateway integrations.

SaaS or startup experience.

Experience mentoring teams.
