Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack
- Implement responsive user interfaces with React.js and modern frontend frameworks
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas and queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Technical RequirementsMust-Have:- 3+ years of professional experience with MERN stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+ features
- Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks)
- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js framework
- Proficiency with MongoDB including aggregation, indexing, and performance optimization
- Experience with RESTful API design and development
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of responsive design principles

- Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
