We're looking for a Full-Stack Lead to design and build scalable web applications using modern technologies.
What you'll do:
- Lead development of full-stack features using Python, Django REST, ReactJS, and TypeScript
- Mentor developers and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams
- Participate in Agile sprints and deliver on time
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift, ArgoCD, and Tekton
- Maintain code quality through reviews and testing
What we need:
- 9+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong in Python, Django REST, ReactJS, TypeScript
- Experience with Docker and OpenShift
- Bonus: GraphQL, Elasticsearch, PatternFly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
