Job Description

Job Title- Lead Fullstack Developer

Position type- Full Time

ARL: 5.1

Work Location- Bangalore

Working style- Hybrid

Cab Facility- Yes

Shift Time - 12:30pm - 9:30pm

People Manager role: No

Required education and certifications critical for the role - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

12-15 years experience in relevant field

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and .NET C#.
  • Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server.
  • Apply design patterns to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Azure PaaS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Conduct system analysis and improve existing systems.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to high-level decisions.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed in application development and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and effective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Azure PaaS services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.

Qualification:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Angular, .NET C#, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with serverless computing and Azure Functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadogs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Nice to have Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such Terraform.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with API management and integration using Azure API Management.
