We are seeking an experienced Lead React Frontend Developer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, the React ecosystem, and scalable UI development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead frontend initiatives, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality, performant, and reusable components. This role requires deep experience in translating complex UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect React applications while ensuring maintainability, scalability, and seamless integration with backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of highly scalable, cloud-native React frontends for ERP and SaaS applications.
- Convert Figma/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect React components and screens with consistent styling and responsiveness.
- Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and reusable component-driven architecture.
- Manage and optimize application state using Redux.js, Context API, or other state management tools.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Optimize web pages and components for maximum speed, accessibility, and scalability.
- Review and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Work on build processes, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to architectural discussions for frontend and overall product strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong frontend development experience with React.js (functional/class components, hooks, context API, refs, memoization, and error boundaries), REST API implementations, and a sound understanding of web sockets.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with deep understanding of async/await, closures, and modern patterns.
- Expertise in Redux.js and Context API for complex state management.
- Advanced UI/UX implementation skills using CSS3 Tailwind, Material-UI (MUI), Ant Design, or styled-components.
- Experience in component-driven development; reusable, modular, and testable patterns.
- Proficiency with build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience in agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Bonus: Knowledge of cloud-native development, ERP systems, and SaaS-based architecture.
