At MOSAIC Wellness, we're shaking things up in the elective health space, and we're looking for a Lead Front-end Developer to join our team. If you have 6+ years of front-end experience, especially with React, Next.js, and React Native, and are passionate about building intuitive UI/UX using first principles, we'd love to talk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Development: Lead the development of our web and native applications using React-based technologies.
• Technical Design & UI/UX Decisions: Drive technical design and make key UI/UX decisions grounded in first principles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless, high-performing applications.
• Mentorship & Team Growth: Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Scalability: Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of front-end development experience.
• A good degree in Computer Science is a plus (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on expertise in React, with experience in React Native and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and design principles.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and resonates with our culture of innovation and agility.
• Eager to lead and mentor a growing team while staying hands-on with technical challenges.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React, Next.js, React Native, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• UI/UX First Principles: Ability to apply first principles to design intuitive, engaging interfaces.
• Leadership: Experience in guiding teams, mentoring talent, and driving technical vision.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in an agile environment.
