Lead FP&A

Key Responsibilities

·      Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning across business units.

·      Partner closely with leadership teams to translate business strategy into financial outcomes.

·      Build and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, margins, pricing, investments, and profitability.

·      Delivering strategic insights influence business growth, hiring, expansion, and operational decisions.

·      Create dashboards, MIS, and performance tracking mechanisms that improve visibility and accountability.

·      Work with business leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.

·      Support long-term strategic planning, scenario modeling, and investment evaluation.

·      Monitor key business metrics and proactively provide recommendations to leadership.

·      Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, HR, and leadership teams to improve planning accuracy and execution.

·      Drive financial discipline, governance, and decision support in a high-growth environment.

Who We're Looking For

·      Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.

·      8 to 15 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or related analytical roles.

·      Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

·      Proven ability to connect financial performance with business strategy and operational drivers.

·      High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with a results-oriented mindset.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across functions and leadership levels.

·      Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning systems, BI tools, and management reporting frameworks.
