Role: Lead - F&B Operations
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage end-to-end F&B operations of at our Dahej / Vadodara / Hazira site. The role requires delivering hotel-like standards F&B services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete F&B operations – menu planning, food quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Manage budgets, drive cost optimization, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Ensure excellent guest experience for senior leadership and visiting stakeholders
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams
- Handle vendor management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring
- Drive operational efficiency without compromising service quality
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory norms
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in hotel operations / hospitality / F&B management
- Proven experience in managing hotels/canteens/cafeteria
- Strong exposure to F&B operations
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multiple facilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and service orientation
Preferred:
- Experience with premium hotels or large hospitality brands
- Prior experience managing multiple properties or campus-style hospitality setups
