About usWe are building the robotic workforce to unlock a sustainable in-space economy and expand humanity's reach in space exploration, starting with extending the life of satellites that are running out of fuel with our jetpacks. At the heart of this vision is our RPOD (Rendezvous, Proximity Operations & Docking) technology, a critical enabler for the future of space operations. We are looking for exceptional, mission-driven individuals to shape this technology from the ground up together with the founding team.
What you'll doWe're looking for a hands-on leader with a track record in building flight software for spacecraft missions. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of the flight software that commands and monitors our spacecraft. You will work closely with avionics, GNC, missions and other cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-reliability, high-performance software for our missions. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, hire and mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall technical strategy of our satellite programs.
