Lead Financial Analyst

Hiring for Lead Analyst Finance

We are looking for a high-impact Finance Lead to manage and oversee the financial operations of US and other international entities of the Prochant Group. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong exposure to US GAAP, global compliance, consolidation, and multi-currency operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Oversee end-to-end financial reporting for US and other foreign entities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage intercompany accounting and consolidation under US GAAP / IFRS

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and group audits

Compliance & Controls

Ensure compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements (US, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, etc.)

Implement and monitor strong internal controls and accounting policies

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions

Treasury & Cash Flow

Monitor cash flows and liquidity across foreign entities

Manage forex exposure and coordinate with banks and financial institutions

Taxation & Transfer Pricing

Handle direct and indirect taxes including US federal and state taxes

Ensure transfer pricing compliance and documentation

Stakeholder & Team Management

Act as the finance SPOC for foreign subsidiaries

Collaborate with global teams, auditors, and consultants

Mentor India-based finance team supporting overseas operations

Systems & Automation

Work with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Zoho / QuickBooks)

Drive automation to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

CA / CA Inter (MBA Finance is a plus)

46 years of experience in finance, with exposure to US GAAP and international accounting

Hands-on experience in consolidation, foreign entities, and multi-currency accounting

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and financial tools

Key Skills

US GAAP & Indian Accounting Standards

International taxation & transfer pricing

Financial analysis & problem-solving

Strong communication skills for global stakeholder management

Advanced Excel / Power BI skills

Preferred

Experience in a multinational or group company structure

Good understanding of US tax and IRS compliance
