Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial analysis projects that drive key business decisions and support strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver insights that enhance our financial performance.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis projects and initiatives to support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial planning.
Conduct variance analysis to understand discrepancies between budgeted and actual results.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
