We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our India FP&A team. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while partnering directly with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to align financial insights with business goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis support for SGNA Functions with a total budget of $75M to $95M, providing clear visibility into expense scope and financial accountability.
  • Manage a Budget of 25 Departments with a total headcount of 200 to 230 employees across the organization.
  • Lead & sign off on annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting cycles, and 5-year long-range planning activities, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
  • Lead preparation and delivery of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) packages for your SVP partners
  • Develop clear, insightful commentary that translates complex financial data into actionable narratives
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, ensuring leadership has a forward-looking view of business performance
  • Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, positioning financial insights as a foundation for strategic decision-making
  • Develop advanced financial models, utilizing AI (Claude, Co-Pilot, etc.) and conduct scenario/sensitivity analysis to support leadership decisions
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive commentary
  • Partner with Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and the CoS for The Office of the CEO, as well as their 20 lead department heads, acting as their trusted advisor on all finance and operational activities – ensuring you have a seat at the table and your voice is heard – be willing to challenge them when necessary
  • Drive FP&A process improvements utilizing AI and aim in the first 6 months to identify 10 hours of time saved each month due to findings
  • Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, CA or CMA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling, forecasting tools (EPM, Netsuite), and advanced excel
  • Strong executive storytelling – turning analysis into decisions; working in a global and matrixed organization
  • Experience Supporting C-Suite Executives & interacting with them weekl

  • The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
