About Leanwatts:

Leanwatts is a Hyderabad-based deep-tech power electronics company designing and manufacturing intelligent power-conversion platforms for electric mobility and energy applications. We are looking for a high-ownership professional to work directly with the founders as we scale toward becoming a globally competitive power electronics company.

Role:

A founder-facing role across fundraising, corporate strategy and investor relations. The immediate priority is to help prepare and execute Leanwatts Series A process; the mandate will expand with the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute company's financial modelling, valuation analysis, term-sheet evaluation and transaction execution.

· Build and manage the fundraising strategy, investor pipeline and end-to-end process alongside the founders.

· Map relevant VC/PE/growth investors at fund and partner level; identify thesis fit, cheque size, portfolio relevance and warm introduction paths.

· Prepare investor decks, investment narratives, financial analysis, market research, comparable transactions and fundraising materials.

· Manage investor CRM, meeting preparation, follow-ups, diligence requests and the data room.

· Work with founders on corporate strategy, market expansion, new business opportunities, partnerships and capital planning.

· Prepare investor/shareholder updates, board materials and institutional-quality MIS.

What We are Looking For:

· 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction Advisory.

· Strong financial modelling, valuation, business analysis and research skills.

· Ability to understand a manufacturing/deep-tech business and translate complex information into a clear investment thesis.

· Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

· High ownership, analytical thinking and comfort working directly with founders in a fast-scaling startup.

· MBA / CA / CFA is preferred but not mandatory; capability and transaction exposure matter more.
