Hiring: Lead, Finance Application Systems Transformation – Incident Management
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days from office
Experience: 9–11 years
CTC: Up to 40 LPA
Notice Period: Any
Key Skills Required:
- Strong Incident & Defect Management experience
- L2 Functional Support background
- Hands-on JDE experience
- Strong Finance Systems & Processes knowledge
- Root Cause Analysis & Impact Assessment
- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination
- Knowledge of A2R, P2P & O2C
- Understanding of SOX, Controls & Audit
- Defect lifecycle and Release Validation
- Experience with global/matrixed environments
Role Highlights:
- Provide L2 functional support for JDE Finance systems
- Own incident and defect resolution through the full lifecycle
- Perform RCA, impact assessment and issue prioritization
- Coordinate with AMS, Finance, IT, Data and Controls teams
- Support close-critical issues, releases, UAT and system stabilization
- Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
