Job Description
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: AAI, NASFT, ASF & PSF financials; coordination with regulatory bodies.
- Financial Reporting & Audit: Monthly/quarterly statements, audits, reconciliations (ADF/MDF).
- Regulatory Compliance: Passenger Service Fee/Aviation Security Fee, tariff-related matters, legal consultations.
- Coordination & Engagement: GCC timelines, payments with internal/external stakeholders.
- Audit & Vendor Management: Internal/statutory audits, vendor payment hygiene, SES release.
- Cost Control: Opex monitoring, variance analysis, PR & SES approvals with correct GL mapping.
- Insurance & Risk: Compliance and related activities.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop trackers, reports, and engage HODs for corrective actions.
- FP&A: MIS, board presentations, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or regulated sectors
- Experience in regulatory financials, audits, and FP&A is highly preferred
