Job Description
Engage with BBNL/BSNL across 9+ circles for planning and utilization of 80,000 km BBNL fiber, including identification of 25,000 km for Airtel use.
Prepare detailed fiber designs, block-wise plans, SLDs, and last-mile connectivity solutions.
Define survey frameworks, templates, and guidelines; manage 100+ survey teams and partner agencies.
Drive GIS validation, route planning, and network design optimization for project execution.
Coordinate surveys, track progress, and manage PR/PO release, approvals, and change requests.
Prepare weekly project reviews, progress dashboards, AMB updates, and leadership presentations for Tx Head and key stakeholders.
Ensure timely issue resolution and cross-functional coordination for successful project delivery.
