Job Title: Lead Expert, GES R2D FP&A

Location: Hyderabad, India

The Lead Expert - GES R2D FP&A is a strategic finance role responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the RecordtoDecide value chain. The role partners closely with business and finance leaders to deliver insightful analysis, support decisionmaking, and ensure financial governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across global operations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities across the R2D/FP&A function.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial insights, dashboards, and management reports to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze financial performance, cost drivers, and productivity metrics.
  • Drive governance, controls, and compliance for FP&A processes, ensuring adherence to accounting and corporate standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation within FP&A activities.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and review oversight for analysts, ensuring quality deliverables and SLA adherence.

You bring

  • Strong experience in FP&A / R2D finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and business performance drivers.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP and financial reporting tools (e.g., BW, BPC, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior finance and business leaders.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Educational qualification in Finance / Accounting (CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent preferred).
