HIRING: Leadership Operations Professional | LEAD EXECUTIVE -STRATEGY & EXECUTION | Jaipur | 1220 LPA (Strategic Coordination & Executive Operations Role)

Two established public charitable trusts, Khetri Trust and Jal Bhagirathi Foundation, with active water, natural resources, legal, heritage, educational and development initiatives, seek a capable, highly organised professional to support the Managing Trustee's Office in ensuring effective coordination, timely execution and operational discipline across the organisation.

We are seeking a reliable, mature professional to strengthen the Managing Trustee's Office and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Scope of Work:

The selected candidate will work directly with the Managing Trustee and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with Senior Managers to ensure timely execution of tasks and decisions
  • Monitoring action points and maintaining structured follow-up systems
  • Managing the Managing Trustee's calendar, appointments and travel schedules
  • Preparing concise meeting briefs, background notes and follow-up summaries
  • Drafting correspondence, formal letters and internal communications
  • Maintaining documentation, records and confidential files
  • Liaising with legal, finance and administrative teams
  • Assisting with basic troubleshooting of office systems (computer, printer, network coordination with vendors)
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Managing Trustee's Office

Job Description:

This is a high-responsibility coordination role requiring:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Comfort in interacting with senior stakeholders and external professionals
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

The role is execution-focused and requires consistency, reliability and sound judgement.

Candidate Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate degree preferred but not mandatory)
  • 510 years of professional experience in administration, operations, executive support, consulting, governance, legal coordination or similar roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with digital tools, document management and email coordination
  • Basic understanding of governance/compliance processes desirable.
