Job Description

Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart and active Lead Manager to handle incoming leads and manage first-level communication with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers in multiple languages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in lead handling, customer support, telecalling, or sales coordination.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to leads quickly and professionally.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming leads and client inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Qualify and assign leads to the concerned team.
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up records.
  • Ensure smooth first-level customer interaction and support.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Energetic and confident communicator.
  • Good team player with a professional attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
