Reports To: Director, Organic & Content (Pod Lead)
Role Summary
You own the parallel track of entity confidence and the full amplification motion for everything the pod produces.
Content and research are only half the game. Your job is to ensure that the market, search engines, and LLMs all know who GoComet is, what category we lead, and why our perspective is authoritative.
Reporting to the Director, Organic & Content, you will receive finished assets from both the Content Strategy and Original Research branches and run the launch, distribution, and earned-signal motion that compounds their value.
Key Responsibilities
Entity Engineering
Build and maintain GoComet's entity strength across all major authority surfaces, including:
- Category co-occurrence and topical association
- Knowledge Panel, Wikidata, and Wikipedia presence
- Industry citations (analysts, G2, trade publications)
- Founder and executive entity profiles
- Structured data and Knowledge Graph hygiene
- Topically relevant inbound links
- Branded search growth
- LLM training-data presence and visibility
Own monthly reporting on entity health and authority growth.
Distribution & Launch Motion
For every major research report and high-priority information-gain asset:
- Design and execute launch plans
- Drive executive social activation
- Coordinate journalist and analyst outreach
- Develop podcast and speaking angles
- Manage partner co-marketing opportunities
- Seed content into relevant communities
- Run PR amplification campaigns
Multi-Format Content Repurposing
Leverage AI-assisted distribution workflows to transform core assets into channel-native formats such as:
- LinkedIn posts and carousels
- Video scripts
- Reddit discussions
- Newsletter content
- Executive thought leadership content
Determine what should be amplified through human-led outreach versus automated distribution systems.
Founder & Executive Presence
Build and scale executive thought leadership programs by:
- Ghostwriting LinkedIn content
- Managing executive content calendars
- Coordinating podcast appearances
- Securing conference speaking opportunities
- Positioning GoComet leaders in relevant industry conversations
Conversion Architecture
Partner with the Director, Organic & Content to ensure every content cluster has a clear conversion path across:
- Top-of-funnel
- Mid-funnel
- Bottom-funnel
While AI systems handle copy testing and optimization, you will own the strategic conversion architecture.
Earned Signals & PR
Build long-term relationships with:
- Logistics and supply chain journalists
- Industry analysts
- Podcast hosts
- Community leaders
- Trade publications
Drive awards submissions, guest content placements, partnership initiatives, and authority-building programs that strengthen GoComet's association with category-defining topics.
What Success Looks Like
- GoComet's Knowledge Graph presence is accurate, complete, and authoritative.
- The brand consistently co-occurs with key categories such as freight visibility, shipment tracking, and procurement automation across the web.
- Research reports and cornerstone content achieve significant reach beyond owned channels.
- GoComet earns increasing citations, backlinks, analyst mentions, and third-party references.
- Executive voices become recognized and trusted within the logistics and supply chain ecosystem.
- Entity authority compounds over time, improving both organic visibility and LLM recognition.
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B communications, PR, content distribution, audience development, or related functions.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain technology, procurement technology, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building executive thought leadership programs, including:
- Ghostwriting
- LinkedIn strategy
- Podcast placements
- Speaking opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities with journalists, analysts, podcast hosts, and industry influencers.
- Familiarity with entity SEO, Knowledge Graphs, and authority-building frameworks.
- Understanding of:
- Schema markup
- Wikidata/Wikipedia ecosystems
- Co-occurrence and topical authority signals
- Experience using AI tools for content repurposing, personalization, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
