About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to define and drive enterprise-wide technology strategy. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic planning skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The Enterprise Architect will ensure IT systems are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture planning, consulting, and solution design.
- Design and oversee the organization's IT landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop architecture blueprints, system models, and integration frameworks.
- Guide IT teams on architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
- Provide strategic direction on cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks
Technical Skills:
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred, Zachman a plus)
- Microservices architecture and orchestration
- RESTful API design
- Java and .NET (OOPS concepts)
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- System integration and security architecture
- Scalable solution design
