Position Summary You will lead enterprise account strategy and execution in India. You will build trusted relationships with large healthcare organisations and cross-functional partners. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Own and deliver the enterprise accounts strategy to meet commercial and access goals across assigned large healthcare customers. - Lead key customer engagements and negotiate multi-stakeholder agreements with hospitals, health systems, and large corporate accounts. - Work closely with marketing, medical, access, supply chain and finance to ensure seamless execution and patient access. - Coach, develop and enable field and account teams to improve performance and customer experience. - Use data and insights to prioritise opportunities, set targets, and measure impact. - Manage forecasts, budgets and resource allocation to drive efficient and sustainable growth. Why You Working model This role is hybrid. You will be based in India and travel regularly to customer sites and regional offices. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or related fields. - At least 3 years managing enterprise or national accounts, or leading large customer-facing teams. - Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with hospitals, health systems, or large corporate clients. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience. - Willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Advanced degree (MBA or health-related) or equivalent senior-level experience. - Experience with hospital procurement processes, tendering, or government/public sector accounts in India. - Familiarity with digital engagement tools and omnichannel customer approaches. - Strong analytical skills with experience using customer insights and CRM tools to drive decisions. - Experience leading change and building capability in dispersed teams. - Working proficiency in English and one or more regional Indian languages.
