This is not a conventional operations role. It is an opportunity to shape how a growing engineering consultancy plans, prioritizes and delivers a large portfolio of Renewable Energy engineering projects while working closely with experienced technical leaders and founders.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 10–15 years of overall professional experience involving engineering design.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Solar PV industry (mandatory).
• Experience in Engineering Consulting, EPC, IPP/Developer, PSU or a combination of these environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent engineering projects or delivery portfolios.
• Former entrepreneurs and professionals who have successfully transformed engineering delivery functions are also encouraged to apply.
